Flute Laminating Machine

The whole machine adopts international leading motion controller, so this system can adjust the machine automatically after the paper sizes are input. Compared to the traditional model, our high-speed laminating machine can reach up the max speed 150m/minute to effect much higher work efficiency. This high-speed laminating machine is equipped with the unique positioning-and-correcting device for the surface-sheet and self-developing side-lay device with the patent to make the machine run smoothly in high-speed. Meanwhile, the turner for the delivery unit is optional to make the machine deliver sheets in non-stop.
Features

1,Bottom corrugated sheet auto feeding by vacuum transport. Top paper maximum pile more than 1 meter, top paper table auto up/down.
2,The top paper can pile up the height of 1m once time ,it makes delivery more easier and efficient.

1.Feeding section
(1)The structure of four lifting suckers and four forwarding suckers is suitable for different type of paper.
(2)In addition to the special pressing-paper foot,it also equipped with front-blowing and side-blowing devices to blow papers effectively to ensure smooth paper transportation .
(3)With the pre-loader, it can enhance working-efficiency.

 

2.The bridge section
The design of the bridge section is simple and compact assures rapidly and accurately transport different sizes and types of sheet to the upper glue unit.

 

3.The side lay registration section
Equipped with self-developed side lay registration mechanism which is unique in design make sure paper run rapidly and smoothly.(Optional)

 

4.Bottom sheet feeding section
The lower suction belts driven by servo motor ,it equips with suction belts from NITTA and high frequency valve  from SMC to assure the bottom sheet transport accurate and smooth. Pneumatic bar can press the front edge of sheet for feeding smoothly when the sheets are curved

 

5.The electrical control unit section

6.The laminating unit section
1. High precise coating stainless steel roller mechanism assures the glue is applied evenly.
2. Special mechanism can strip paper off the gluing roller completely. It is easy to dismantle,clean and adjust.
3.Three sensors precisely control automatic glue addition.
4. Side glue stopper ensures no overflow at high speed and glue re-circulation at high speed.

7.Transmission section
The power transmission is evenly distributed.The whole machine adopts the imported double-sided tooth synchronous belt transmission which is maintenance-free, low noise and high efficiency.
