The LQD8F Saddle Stitching Line consists of a gathering machine, a saddle stitcher (with detection mechanism), a three-knife trimmer, a book collection cart, and an electrical control box. It can also be optionally equipped with a ZYDY440E cover folding and gathering machine.The collating machine adopts a large drum, ensuring stable sheet feeding. The saddle stitching line offers high speed, low cost, and reliable performance. The binding process is controlled by PLC and sensors, which detect and track defective books (missing or extra pages) and automatically sort them, ensuring a high level of automation.
1.It is equipped with a selection switch for 1:1 and 1:2 production modes and blank positions, allowing for easy adjustment.
2.It is fitted with safety and fault signal lights, as well as start/stop buttons.
3.The collating machine uses a double - gripper structure, which enhances the stability of the machine's operation.
4.Multiple suction nozzles are used to pick up the sheets, ensuring the stability of the sheet dropping and making it suitable for different specifications of booklets.
