The KZ-800 type automatic cardboard laminating machine is based on the KS800 type to achieve full automation, more intelligence, improve production efficiency, and reduce labor costs. It is suitable for clothing tags, electronic label products (RFID), and card mounting markets. Laminating precision is the design guide. Technically, a series of innovative developments have been carried out on the card mounting machine, especially the brand-new development on the roller bite, Which minimizes the position occupied by the bite, and adapts to the stringent requirements of the tag on the white space of the paper. Four-servo control is adopted to realize the adjustable fish-scale feeding of paper, and the feed structure is improved. The minimum size of A4 paper can be made to meet the requirement of small size

The wall panels and base of this series of machines are made of high-quality resin sand casting, which has high strength, stable density, better shock absorption and stability; the bite roller and the laminating roller are made of thick-walled seamless steel pipes, with a wall thickness of 21~23mm after processing.
