The Machine suitable for many kinds of jumbo roll slitting. Such as 100-400gsm paper, white cardboard, kraft paper, coated paper, paper-plastic composite and other coiled materials slitting &rewinding,special for paper mill slitting and rewinding very big jumbo rolls.
Performance and Characteristics:
1.Machine use PLC, five servo motors control, auto tape tension, center and surface rewinding together.
2. Machine use frequency converter adjust speed, keep stable running when speed up.
3. Auto count meter, auto alarm, it can automatic stop after it reached set meter on computer.
4. The winding adopts A and B inflatable shaft structure, which is convenient for loading and unloading.
5. Unwinding adopts static analog ultrasonic.
6. Round knife slitting, and it's auto discharge waste paper edge.
7. Shaftless automatic Hydraulic loading structure. Unwinding loading can be 3Ton Maximum.
