GK-650CA Automatic Lock Bottom Folder Gluer has either side glue, both side glue, pre-folded, lock bottom of the basic functions, but also according to numbers of products matching the needs of different configuration to produce all kinds of boxes, such as box-in-box, CD ROM bags and EMS Express seal, etc. With sustained high productivity, this high-speed multi-functional machine also adopts special technical programs to achieve perfect accuracy.
Characteristics:
1. This machine is equipped with two groups of gluing tube, upper and lower to make all kinds of boxes;
2. With the optional configuration, this machine can make special boxes, such as CD ROM bags, EMS express seal, paper file and box-in box, etc.
3. Advanced synchronous belt makes tooth connected, drive accurate and stable. It overcomes the peer products worn v-belt drive and chain drive fast, noise, and vibration and other defects.
4. Adopts imported frequency converter and the linkage mechanical governor can control the distance between each of two boxes when feeding. According to the different size, different shapes and paper materials, it can adjust the paper space and speed.
5. Select of high friction, high wear resistance with five vibrating motors feeding belt to ensure the continuous paper feeding.
6. Pressing department can be adjusted by two-way group to further press the folded boxes, and lead them to a smooth transfer. And it kick plate with a mechanical device, you may choose any volume counts.
7. This machine adopts double-screw adjustment and single operation, simple and fast.
8. Use the special equivalent high toughness belts avoid often belt tension. It is soft of the two side and plasticity, will not scratch the surface of paper.
9. With the imported gear motors in the conveying part to ensure the press output torque at low speed, the mouth of glued boxes will not bounce. Conveying belt can be moved front and back to facilitate transfer of long and short boxes.
