Automatic High Speed UV Spot Coating Machine 

The machine adopts the international advanced coating technology , and combines the features of the national industry. It is a kind of UV oil-passing and glazing equipment for paper surface. After being treated by the machine, printed surface will have a higher glossiness with function of antifouling, damp-proof, fade-proof and wear-proof. Especially, the machine adopts the PLC air-knife system,and it could make the paper which over 80g/m2 coating easily. It is therefore the ideal equipment for the processor to promote the glazing quality of printed matter and create higher profit.
Automatic Spot UV Coating Machine ,Compared with the semi-automatic, the automatic greatly reduces labor costs, and this machine directly solves the varnishing process at once in one line, and is fully varnished, compared with the partial varnishing of the better handling of various needs of the paper.

1.Feeder
High speed feeder with four sucking and fourforwarding suckers can feed sheet smoothly.

 

2.Sheet Transferring Unit
Upper swing sheet transferring method can transfer sheet smoothly at high speed to pressure cylinder exactly.

3.Varnish Supply 

Steel roller and rubber roller with meteringroller reversing and doctor blade design controlvarnish consumption and volume to meet thedemand of products and operate easily.(Var-nish consumption and volume are determinedby LPI of ceramic anilox roller)

 

4.Transferring Unit

After sheet is transferred from pressure cylinder to gripper,air volume blowing for paper can support and reverse sheet smoothly,which can prevent sheet surface from being scratched.

 

5.Sheet Putting
Sheet putting is achieved by cam and air blow-ing together to guarantee sheet is put on theconveying belt smoothly.

6.Conveying Unit
Upper and lower conveying belt can form thinsheet to be curved for smoothly delivery.

7.Sheet Delivery
Automatic pneumatic patting sheet controlledby photoelectric detecting sensor make sheetpile fall automatically and collect sheet neatly.Electronic control can take out sheet samplesafely and quickly for inspecting.
