SX-340DP Book Sewing Machine is designed to sew the book blocks which are gathered in gathering machines. SX-340DP is specially designed to meet the demand of Digital Printing and On-Demand-Printing. Its outstanding features includes: exquisite design, small space occupy, easy to operate, and perfect sewing performance. This machine adopts thin needles, dense needle sets, Max. could sew sextodecimo (16 mo)-horizontal binding as well as sextodecimo (16 mo)-vertical binding, Minimum could sew 64 mo.
1. Flexible structure, convenient operation The machine has flexible, crafty structure, with much but closely coordinated movement, completing multiple procedures such as complex threading, binding, separation and thread cutting at one time, with pedal switch at front of the machine, handwheel at the right hand of the machine.
2. Small power, small size The machine is driven only by a 0.55KW motor, consuming little power, covering small area, with voltage configured 220V50HZ, can be widely used in general digital quick printing shop.
3. Sewing range Max. Sewing size of the machine: 340mm×310mm, Min. Sewing size: 100mm×100mm, Max. needle Sets: 8 (no more than 8 sets), decided by the user itself. There is continuously adjustable book aligning gauge on book laying panel for positioning book, conveniently adjustable.
4. Continuous operation, without need of stoppage The machine can be operated continuously, placing folded book on the book laying panel with a side against the book aligning gauge, press the pedal switch and books are sent to treading assembly automatically and are sent out automatically after threading is finished without need of stoppage.
5. Automatic thread cutting The machine is equipped with automatic thread cutting device, when a book is sewn; idle operation of a cycle without putting in a book completes a thread cutting function.
6. Convenient adjustment All fussy sewing movement of the machine is completed by a series of cams; main components are locked by the dowel pin, without need of adjustment. When broken thread or other faults occur, it only needs releasing the pedal switch to stop. It is unnecessary to remove needle carrier while in the process of threading.
