This QS100C program-controlled semi-automatic three knife trimmer is the third generation of three knife trimmer series manufactured by our company, which is the result of a lot of effort and research and development costs, aiming to improve the accuracy, reliability and efficiency of the machine. This machine can change the version flexibly when cutting small batches, and the debugging is convenient and fast.
1: The host adopts a servo transmission system, which can accurately match the operation accuracy of other parts of the machine and the protection of torque setting, greatly improving the cutting accuracy and service life of the machine.
2: Choose high-precision two-track tracks for the operation of the book delivery car(infeed of book), which greatly improves the service life and accuracy. Servo system work for transmission of the book delivery car, which can automatically adjust the distance to the front knife, completing the cutting size on the touch screen, which is convenient, accurate and durable.
3: The active part of the book delivery car(infeed of book) is completed by high-precision track, which is accurate and durable. The book clip power is controlled by Festo cylinder and program control.
4: The side knife is controlled by the motor, encoder and ball filament rod, which can be set on the touch screen to complete the automatic adjustment of the side knife. It is equipped with automatic loosening side knife function and automatic locking side knife function (patent).
5: The plate is drawer plate, the bottom is equipped with a straight rail, and the replacement specifications are extremely convenient and efficient. And it is equipped with an automatic induction recognition system, which can avoid the risk of not matching the spelling and cutting specifications when automatically adjusting specifications. It is equipped with the touch screen reminder function and locking machine protection in case of error.
6: Press of books can be automatically adjusted on the touch screen. 7: The mechanical book arranger is controlled by a high-precision rail and servo system. It can automatically adjust the specification on the touch screen.
8: The touch screen interface is equipped with self-inspection function of the debugging stage, which can minimized the risk of the impact knife.
