 Technological process
1. The first step is to stack the cardboard that has been cut into long strips to the cardboard conveying place of the cardboard slitter, and the machine uses the automatic bottom pumping conveying cardboard to complete the slitting.
2. The paperboard that has finished slitting passes through the conveyor belt and is sent to the first paperboard cutter through deviation correction to complete the paperboard slitting in one direction.
3. After finishing the cutting in the first direction, it is conveyed through 90 ° rotation of the conveyor belt, and then fed into the second cardboard cutting machine through deviation correction to finish the cardboard cutting in the other direction.
4. After the completion of the two-way cutting of the cardboard, the cardboard is conveyed to the zigzag slotting machine through the conveyor belt, and then the cardboard is slotted and chamfered through the zigzag slotting machine, and the finished products are output.
