    This LK-1020AFG book making machine including the unwinding device for reel paper, two colors double sides flexo printing, sheeting, counting, cover feeding and collection. LK-1020AFG web flexo printing double Feeder high take-up paper is based on the web flexo printing machine series successfully developed in the previous period, absorbing the advanced technology of foreign related products and developing it independently.

    The exercise book production line is made by spreading the rolled paper, double-sided two-color flexible printing, cross-cutting into single sheets, several pages layered, then automatically matched with the cover, into the high collection table to collect into a pile.

    The main key accessories are imported from foreign professional manufacturers, and the electrical control system adopts the current international advanced system and shaftless servo control system optional machine to ensure that the function of each part of this machine is matched and coordinated.

    The working environment of the machine should avoid vibration and dust environment, it also should be far from flammable and explosion environment. The work environment temperature should be between 5ºC and 40ºC. The humidity is 50%~90%, altitude is below 1000m. The relative humidity does not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of 40ºC.
